West Africa's apparel ecosystem has the potential to create millions of high quality jobs for women.
We are leading the way. With a rigorous evidence approach, we are proving that investing in people is good for business. Manufacturing can be cost competitive and ethical at the same time.
Results to date: 1,000+ formal jobs created, 70% for women. Workers earn ~4x their prior income. 50% of managers are women. Wellbeing studied independently with the Levi Strauss Foundation (90%+ satisfaction).
